As a standard policy, new or irregular clients are required to make a non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost before confirming their appointments. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be understanding of these situations. Therefore, we allow the booking fee to be transferred with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Please be advised that failure to provide timely notice or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. 

As a friendly reminder, it's important to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, you will be turned away and still be charged 50% of your service cost. Appointments are booked on a tight schedule and time is of the essence. Being punctual ensures that there is enough time to complete the treatment to the highest standard, as well as to clean the equipment and set up the room in between clients. Your cooperation is much appreciated. Thank you!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure you give me at least 72 hours notice to avoid being charged 50% of your service value. If you don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booking fee. If you no show or cancel last minute more than 3 times, you will not be able to book back in with me. My availability is limited, and I have people waiting for times. Please respect this and be organized when it comes to appointments. Thank you!
